Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage.

  • Monthly Statements: We will send you a statement each month.
  • Insurance Processing: Most insurance providers respond within 4 to 6 weeks. If your insurance has not reflected on your statement, please call us.
  • Remaining Balance: Any balance not covered by insurance is your responsibility. We appreciate your prompt payment to keep your account in good standing.
  • Payment Plans: We offer monthly payment plans, but arrangements must be made prior to the procedure.We do not send monthly statements.
